25kN of Pulling Capacity Hydraulic Puller Tensioner
The AFS303 offers 5,600 lbf (25 kN) of pulling or tensioning capacity and is designed for stringing one rope or one conductor. The bull-wheel grooves on the AFS303 are made from high resistance interchangeable nylon sectors.
Uses: Apply to OPGW construction.
Features:
1.Be equipped with a powful electronic control engine.Its engine fully meets the current Tier 3/stage emmisions regulations of Europ non-road mobile machinery.
2.Both traction force and pulling speed are infinitely variable.
3.Users can visually read the pull in the rope from the lina pull gauge.
4.The Maximum traction force for conductor stringing operation can be preset.
5.Be designed with the overload automatic protection system.
6. Due to the automatic braking funciton, out machine can run very saftly even if the motor suddenly flames out, or other reasons give rise to the hydraulic faliure.
7.The hydraulic type rope clamping device is adopted to replace reel easily.
8.The steel wire rope automatically winding device is utilized for the convenience of arranging the ropes as well as loading and unloading.
